Becoming Zu.

Soweto born storyteller Zu. is a multi-hyphenate who creates with the intention to heal and bring awareness to topics close to her heart

In 2010 she co-founded LoveGlori, followed by Zuko Collective (ZuCo.), and as lead member of these groups enthralled audiences at the MTN Bushfire Festival, Smoking Dragon, Basha Uhuru , Fete de la Musique, CTNWF.  

In 2015 Zu. produced the band’s debut album, Relationtrips and in 2016 she embarked on her solo career, which has resulted in numerous releases including SAMA nominated “Ndim Nani”.

Zu. is also celebrated in the literary arts and that is marked by Zuko Collective’s residency at Abantu Book Festival. Her long career in music has produced notable moments including appearances with Yasiin Bey at iRocke Festival and Hugh Msekela at Bantu Hour.
